Review of past meetings: (2008 meetings)
The June 3 meeting was held with a large number of participants including some new people. Several techniques were discussed and described and those in attendance had the opportunity to use the tools and develop materials that will be shared. Watch the website for pictures as well as some of the content from the meeting.
The April 2 meeting was held with an enthusiastic group in attendance. Pictures have been added to the website. Click on the Pictures page. For a newsletter from the speaker at the April meeting click here. It is in Word format.
The January 2008 meeting was held on January 30 and the topic was "Mind Mapping." The session included both the concept as well as a demonstration of the use of software (Mind Manager Pro) including how it can be used in project management.
Our first organizational meeting was held on Wednesday November 7, 2007at the Hartford Technology Service Company, LLC (HTSC) in Hartford. Association of Facilitators is setting up a new facilitators forum effective on May 15, 2008. A "link" has been added on the Links page. Thanks for the information.

Organizational History:
The organization is using the model of the Boston Facilitators Roundtable (BFR) which meets bi-monthly in downtown Boston. Typical meetings in Boston include informal networking and an interactive presentation/workshop on a topic of interest to those attending.
The Hartford Facilitators Roundtable held it's initial meeting on November 7, 2007. Based on feedback of those attending an organization is being developed.
