The following is a review of the session by one of those in attendance:
If you missed the last HFR meeting you missed a great session. Gil and Holger freely shared their knowledge and experience. They expertly guided the discussion and drew on the perspectives of all participants. It was a lively and enlightening exchange. The first part of the session focused on perspectives on change management and how the "discipline" or practice of change management is undergoing transformation. Using their vast experience in Europe, South America and Asia they provided insights on these changes from a global perspective. The second part of the session involved technology and how technology can enable facilitation from a distance. It was very informative and gave us a lot of food for thought. Overall, this was an excellent session, great combination of theory, experience and interaction.
